Spotwine™ To Unveil The First California Single-Serve Wine Pouch

East Hartford, Connecticut, April 2nd, 2014 – Spotwine LLC announces it will unveil SpotWine™ (http://www.spotwineusa.com) its premium single-serve wine in a pouch at the WSWA Convention in Las Vegas. Spotwine developed a revolutionary new delivery system for consumption of wines, spirits, and mixed cocktails. This innovative new delivery system comprises a patent protected single serve pouch product for the alcohol industry. The pouch itself features:

    - A Single 6.3 Ounce (187ml) Serving
    - 8 Pouch Carton / 32 Pouch Case
    - Designed to stand upright.
    - The original VierTek™ preservation system cools wine faster and stays fresh longer.
    - Screw Top Re-Closable Cap
    - Ready to Drink, Or Pour In A Glass

While the wine bottle will always have a place in more formal settings, delivery of wine is changing rapidly for a variety of reasons. “The single serve delivery provides a significant benefit compared to a bottle.” said Chris Didden, president of SpotWine LLC, the company that developed SpotWine. “With a bottle that is half finished, there is either wastage or degradation in the wine plus the inconvenience of re-corking or finding another method to preserve the wine’s freshness. Pouches are very portable, weighing a fraction of a bottle and can be packed far more conveniently in a cooler.”
“This innovation provides a very significant environmental and cost benefit due to the significantly less weight versus a glass or PET bottle.” Says Paul Winter, Chief Operations Officer, “The material of the pouch allows it to be kept on ice, allowing the contents to get colder quicker and maintain its temperature.”
