FOUNDER OF ISRAEL’S LARGEST EMERGENCY RESPONSE ORGANIZATION TOURS EMS TRAINING CENTER

Eli Beer of United Hatzalah, a volunteer emergency medical service in Israel, recently visited the Bergen County EMS Training Center to show its "ambucycles," medically-equipped motorcycles. The response time of an ambucycle medic averages 90 seconds due to the ability to avoid traffic congestion, road closures, debris, and parking issues. Beer also met with Kathe Donovan, county executive of Bergen County. For more information about United Hatzalah and ambucycles, visit www.IsraelRescue.org.
