How To Copy Camcorder To DVD?

How to copy camcorder to DVD is what quite a few people want to know about, even in a world primarily now dominated by cell phones and the built-in cameras. Many people have precious memories captured on their camcorders, and want to know how to transfer them to the DVD format. So whether you have 8mm, vhs vcr tapes, Hi-8, etc., as long as you have the AVC (audio video cable) that attaches to the device (or you can buy
one), this article will tell you how.

Now why is this important? Well, besides what I mentioned above, cassette tapes can naturally degrade over time. (As anyone that has ever tried to play an old VHS cassette tape that's been lying around for a few years.) A type of white mold will form on it, resulting in the heads in the machine player to be blocked or even damaged. In fact, many film library companies are scrambling to get theater movies made 50-60 years ago onto the dvd format as quickly as possible before they are destroyed forever.

You don't want that to happen to your home movies or that fishing trip you captured years ago. Placing them on DVD, or even uploading them on Youtube or to a cloud service, will preserve those memories for years to come without loss of quality.
