    Celebrity Designer Eugene Sidney Celebrates His Birthday and Honors the Media at the Bugatta in Hollywood

     

    Fashion Designer Eugene Sidney of the “Eugene Sidney Collection” threw a large party last Sunday night for the “Second Annual Hollywood Media Appreciation Awards”. The Awards have been coinciding with Sidney’s birthday celebration each year and were once again held at the Bugatta restaurant and bar on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, CA. In fact, one commentator has dubbed the yearly red carpet event “the Oscars of Melrose”.

     

    Like last year, Sunday’s event was well attended and spotlighted honorees that are photographers, videographers, media personnel, and politicians from the cities of Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and adjacent municipalities. The host of this year’s event was Jarvee Hutcherson of the Multicultural Motion Picture Association and among the honorees were Michael Maroy, Donna Dymally, Mark Sevier, Mike Casper, Ryan Castro, German Angel, Roland De Guzman, Romane Simon, David Rhodes, David Levin, King Bassey, Publisher of The 5 Magazine, Mister Jones; Publicist Cecilia Parker, Rochelle Porter and Real Legit Magazine

     

    Previous award winners have included The Peoples Mayor of Hollywood Tony Boldi, The Honorary Mayor of Beverly Hills David Harrison Levi, West Hollywood Entertainment Advocate John Carvalho, and celebrity photographers Bob Delgadillo, Mister Jones, Guillermo Proano, Carlos Zeron, Mollywood Hollywood, Susie Maldonado, Tatiana Davidov and Travis Jourdain among others.

     

    Sponsors of Sunday’s party were the Multicultural Motion Picture Association, CM3 Media Group, Sweets Jewelry, Belize Runway, Peache Photo Memories and Just Cookies.
