    The national library of the United Kingdom, serves business and industry, researchers, academics and students. A major research library that holds 150 million items of books, manuscripts, journals, newspapers, magazines, sound and music recordings, prints, drawings and many more. The library also has the world’s earliest printed book (The Diamond Sutra), the manuscript of Alice in Wonderland, the first english translation of the New Testament, 8 million stamps and other philatelic items. All these requires 625km of shelves and they grow by 12km each year. If you see 5 items each day, it will take you 80 000 years to see the whole of the collection. The place is an endless discovery of hidden treasures.
