    Sound off

    Save us all!

Save the kittens! Save the donkeys! Save the whales! Save the ferrets! Save the pandas! Save the birds! Save the monkeys! Save the forests!

There are people out there who dedicate their lives to saving everything on this planet. People who take the emotions and quality of life into account for those who cannot speak for themselves.

So tell me this, why is my advocating the same thing wrong? Because I chose a group of humans? Does no one care that this group of humans has been ostracised since the invention of the written language?

And how odd is it then no matter how hard these people fight, those whales will still be hunted. Those pandas will still be poached. Those forests will still be leveled. Those donkeys will still be worked to death. Why? The same reason why my LGBTQ brothers and sisters still have to fight: there is always going to be ignorance; there is never going to be a shortage of hate.

Until we ALL come together to put an end to it, nothing will ever change. We must ALL fight for our planet, for our brothers and sisters, for our children, for our children's children.

    WE. MUST. MAKE. A. DIFFERENCE.

Because if we don't, why should anyone else?
