The University Paris 1 Panthéon -Sorbonne launches its first MOOC , hosted on the platform France Digital University (FUN ) , coordinated by Bruno DONDERO , Professor of Business Law and Director of CAVEJ . This MOOC , lasting six weeks and completely free, dedicated corporate law . This course covers the main legal rules relating to the establishment and operation of companies. It aims to provide a knowledge of these rules and their application. It will help participants ensure the legal monitoring of a company and answer legal questions of its operations . Will be studied in this MOOC rules governing the operation of main legal business structures : limited liability company ( SARL / EURL ) , simplified joint stock company ( SAS / SASU ) , société anonyme (SA) and civil society. It is aimed at a wide audience. A person without a legal knowledge , contractor or designer business future , may, by following this course , learn the basics of company law . A high school student receive a first experience of studying law . A lawyer, the student beginner law the experienced professional, lawyer, notary , judge , business lawyer, etc. . , may deepen thematic he already knows . Specifically, the training includes : - Videos with interventions teachers and professionals; - Additional documents from legal works and sites; - Weekly live TV trays , allowing exchanges between trainers and participants; - A forum for discussion and the use of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin , etc. ) to share and discuss ; - Evaluations throughout the MOOC and in the end, give rise to the issue a certificate of completion .
