    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Norm Keally stood outside in 28-degree weather to capture the start of the lunar eclipse in Fort Collins, Colorado, early Tuesday. “I felt fortunate to be able to witness this eclipse,” he said.

    Woke up at 1am to see the beginning of the eclipse. Stood outside an hour in 28 degrees to get this shot. The star Spica is visible off to the right of the moon.
