    polices brutality

    To whom it may concern,
I m in the US Army fighting for my country oversea, and the polices brutality and misconduct motivated by racial profiling or discrimination toward my son and the guys in his car. On 04/11/2014 between 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm my son Vladimir S. Gray was pulled over by Manhattan Beach police while he was stopped at the red signal light, and he moved his car over to the side as they flashed their lights, and he parked the car. The police came to the car never ask for his driver license, Vehicle Registration, and Proof of insurance. Nothing was wrong with the car at all. My son asked the officers the reason he was stopped? They never gave him an answer. The police asked him to put his hands on the steering wheel, and also asked him if they could search him and his car for drugs and guns, he said, no. Then the police officers said; "I can tell you three time, we could do it the hard way or the easy way". Still never told him why they stop him. Before he could provide an answer; they grabbed him and pulled him out of his car (Dodge Charger 2007) and brutalized him (five or six police officers), using excessive force and throwing him to the cars and ground, my son could not move as fast because of his leg and should, and afterwards taking him to jail. They told him he was arrested for "resisting arrest" after he was in jail. My son had previous surgery on his leg in March 2014, and he could not walk very well, and his shoulder. He was victimized by the police department for no apparent or justifiable reason. They never gave him a ticket for stopping him for any reason. Just four young black men’s riding in a nice car and in the wrong city in the police mine, and they doing nothing wrong, he just taking the roommates to the store. So at the hands of overzealous law officers. Police brutality and misconduct motivated by racial profiling or discrimination. violate his citizens' constitutional and civil rights.
