This iReport is part of an assignment:
    Breaking news

    More from takamine69

The absurdity of coverage regarding Malaysian flight 370.

This is a follow up to my first report on this.
I seriously have not seen more outrageous news reporting in my lifetime as I have seen on the disappearance of flight 370.
    Have you?
Please give me an example. (Not celebrity bs but reporting on real newz)
    > Not counting the bronco chase. I'm talking about real news which I believe this is.
The competition between networks has left our true news cycles in turmoil.
Who's first. Who's the most dramatic.
The coverage over this plane's disappearance has been utterly ridiculous from day 1 to state it mildly.
    The plane's here.
The plane's there (in another completely different part of the ocean)
    We hear pings.....Well hold on...No we don't.
    The pilot's this...Well wait..No he's not.
And on and on and on.
I wouldn't really care except I know that whatever I or any other public receptacle accepts is a miniscule measure of what these poor familes are going through.
