    The Chocolate Chip Bunt Cake is a tasty treat sprinkled with powdered sugar. You can make your own powdered sugar by blending organic raw sugar and a little cornstarch in a blender. A bunt cake usually requires one to two cups of butter so I used half the amount of butter with coconut oil as the other fat. I prefer a gluten free bunt cake, so I combined coconut flour, rice flour and tapioca flour with cream cheese and sour cream to create a creamier consistency. I added some chocolate chip bits and used a little less sugar to create a tasty bunt cake sprinkled with powdered sugar. It still has a lot of fat and sugar so enjoy smaller pieces if you are watching your waistline.
