My mom taught me how to make homemade chili when I was in grade school. I loved to cook and I loved to create homemade sauces and goodies. I decided to combine two of my favorite foods: chili and salad. The next time you make homemade chili, use turkey instead of beef, add a little dark chocolate to the sauce and serve it over a fresh bed of mixed greens. The Turkey Chili Salad is a healthier alternative to beef chili. Enjoy!
