    Boston is Back

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     erinnnfarley told me, 'Going back was an incredible experience. I was definitely a little scared especially because of what had happened on the anniversary but we can't give in to evil. This whole week has just been so emotional for myself, my friends, and for the city of Boston, I had to be there today. Being at the Marathon was a great way to heal, to reflect, and to be reminded of just how strong this city is. Everyone was wearing "Boston Strong" shirts and cheering, you would never know what had happened on this street a year ago by the way people were acting. Last year I walked down Boylston Street crying and this year you couldn't wipe the smile off my face. The sound of bombs going off will never leave my memory. The images of people running, crying, army men with guns guarding my residence hall, that will never leave my memory. But the way the city came together today, that image will be the most powerful one in my memory.' See her iReport from last year.
    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

Last year I filmed a report 20 minutes after the bombs exploded at the finish line. This year I am happy to be back and report right on Boylston Street for the 2014 Boston Marathon. I interviewed runners after they crossed the finish line to see what it is like to be back this year. We are Boston Strong!
