This iReport is part of an assignment:
Wildlife Photography Hummingbirds
Trying to photograph hummingbirds proved to be a real challenge last summer. I used a Nikon P500, point and shoot. It did give a few options using manual settings.
This year I will be using a Nikon D3100.
This will allow for many new features for me as well as using a tripod.
Hummingbirds are beautiful active little birds. They are never still, even when perching.
With what I learned last year and what I am learning so far this year I hope to capture some nice images this summer.
