SPRING HAS SPRUNG IN NEW ENGLAND
The winter of 2014 has been extremely difficult for most people living in the Northeast. The amount of snowfall and the freezing temperatures that continued into spring have caused many New Englanders to wonder whether spring will ever arrive this year. Fortunately Mother Nature has warmed the northeast in the last few weeks and allowed the sun to shine and melt the snow. The flowers are beginning to peek through the brown earth and blossoms are opening up their pedals to the warmth of the sun. It took a little longer this year, but spring has finally sprung in New England.
I directed the following video to share some of the beautiful winter scenes New Englanders appreciate every day during the winter months. I took many pictures, most of my own property in New Hampshire, during the winter season. My son, Jonathan Olson, of Orlando, Florida, produced and edited the attached video and Nick Burt of Boston, Massachusetts, wrote and performed the music. I want to thank Jonathan and Nick for allowing the use of their time and talent in the SPRING HAS SPRUNG IN NEW ENGLAND video.
