    The 1964 Wisconsin Pavilion today

     
    At the close of the 1964 World's Fair, Ivan C. Wilcox offered the state of Wisconsin a certified check for $5,000 to buy the Wisconsin Pavilion structure. The state accepted. Mr. Wilcox's offer. Mr. Wilcox intended to re-erect the structure in Boscobel WI but things did not go as planned.

    In 1966, Central Wisconsin Broadcasting Inc. bought the Wisconsin pavilion from Mr. Wilcox for $41,000. In June of 1967 The Wisconsin Pavilion was reconstructed at 1201 E. Division St. in Neillsville, WI where it still stands today.

    The Wisconsin Pavilion currently house 3 radio stations (107.5 fm The Rock, 1370 am and 92.7 fm WPKG) and a cheese and gift shop (Pavilion Cheese and Gifts). The Wisconsin Pavilion also share home to Chatty Belle, The World's Largest Talking Cow.
