    180 days of Thai Protests

A man who loves Thailand and its people. A man who has been leading the Thai uprising against corruption for 180 days. A man who walks in Bangkok streets under 40 degrees temperature, meeting the crowds. A man of the people; old or young, rich or poor, Thais run to him for a hug. A man loved by Thai people because they can see he is giving his time, heart and mind for his country. A man who is not buying his way up. This man is Khun Suthep Thaugsuban, a leader.
Although protests in Thailand have not gained international attention because they are non-violent; I think they deserve a salute. Photo taken by me, April 2014.
