Changes For The 2015 Subaru WRX STI

For 2015 Subaru has spiffed up the WRX STI's exterior and interior for an even sportier and more responsive drive. The WRX STI is rally-racer inspired part of the brand's performance lineup of vehicles.

Exterior modifications for 2015 include the modified rear wing. 18” wheels and STI badging. Engineers have designed the new chassis to be a bit stiffer and the power steering wheel more responsive than previous editions. Brembo brakes are in place for extra stopping power and the suspension components have been amped up.

The STI is powered by a V4 2.5 Liter engine with 305 HP and 290 lb feet of torque. Mileage stands at 17 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the freeway. Incline Start Assist is in place which prevents the vehicle from rolling back when on top of a hill. Si-Drive allows the driver to control powertrain performance via different driving modes including Intelligent, Sport and Sport Sharp.

Interior features include a rearview camera, a premium sound system, temperature controlled seats and dual zone climate control. The base price will start at approximately $35k. The 2015 Subaru 2015 WRX STI will be available at nationwide dealers such as http://www.galpinsubaru.com/ in 2015.
