    Natural disasters..Never prepared when they come?

    With so many natural disasters going on, particularly the tornado in Arkansas and then some, I thought this relief tile, part of a permanent exhibit on the Coney Island boardwalk called the Sandy Relief Tiles created by the JASA senior center next to the old Dreamland restaurant, was appropriate to post today.
    It's dated October 29, 2012, the day Superstorm Sandy hit and it illustrates the power of the wave on the seaside communities. The second tile is the shore in a more peaceful setting.
