    Charging that all politicians are rats -- and he is the biggest one of all -- this 2008 presidential fringe candidate legally changed his name to "Vermin Supreme." Is Vermin a clever humorist, spoofing our nation's love affair with negative politics?  Or is he just an obnoxious, self-absorbed heckler?  You decide.
