    Senator Hillary Clinton campaigned for Anne Barth at a rally on the campus of the University of Charleston in West Virginia. Democrat Anne Barth, who was a senior aide to Senator Robert Byrd for 21 years, is opposing Representative Shelley Moore Capito in the race for West Virginia's second congressional district.
