When Life Was Simpler
“When Life Was Simpler”
Barbara Kraft, RScP
A friend of mine and I were discussing trying to remember when life was simpler. I have to go on vacation to get that…..or do I?
Remembering the Principles of Science of Mind, if I practice, I have all the time in the world, for time is an illusion. We all can remember when “time flew by” or it felt like “time was standing still” but as we know, time is a constant and it is our mind and it preoccupation that causes the illusion or our perception of time. When I feel out of time and have too much to do, life no longer feels simple and easy. It feels cluttered, chaotic and uneasy.
I chose to practice the SOM Principles that allow me to live a Simpler Life in the midst of a FULL life. HOW?
Remember that there is but one Universal Presence. That Presence is Infinite, Ever Lasting, Infinitely Potential, and full of all the time in the world.
I have this same potential within me and at my disposal for I am made in the image and likeness of this Source. Nothing exists outside of me that in not within me. As I remember this connection then I have the Power to unleash all that is the Universal Presence for me, as me and by me.
I go about my day and my activities knowing this to be true and as such I have all I need to make my life simple and easy. I chose that way as a way of living. I push away the illusion that there is not enough time and that things are hard and I remember the Truth of Life. My focus stays on the knowingness that there is enough of everything I need to accomplish all that I desire and focus my intentions on. I live in an infinite universe that brings to me all that is needed to accomplish my activities. As I find comfort in this and focus on its reality in my life, I find my life is full and Simple.
I am so grateful for knowing this to be true. I am grateful for a community that supports this knowledge and teaches me each week how it works for others and thus how it works for me. I am grateful for the time and joy and peace that shows up in my life as I live a full and simple life.
I breath in and I breath out the knowingness that all is complete. I am infinite potential and the Universe conspires to provide me what I want and need to be successful. I let it go and know my life is simple and easy.
And So It IS
