Social services error in Puerto Rico

    May 11, 2014

    Honorable Alejandro Javier Garcia Padilla
    LA FORTALEZA
    CALLE FORTALEZA
    SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO 00902-0082

    Honorable Alejandro Javier Garcia Padilla,

Happy Mother’s Day to you and Mrs. Garcia Padilla. I write on behalf of my Son who joined
The united States Army Reserve. His name is PV2 Johnathan C. Cruz; Social Security Number:
126-78-6058 and Graduated from The 165 in. BDE. C.CO 2-39 IN. REGT, 10400 HAMPTON PARKWAY,
FT. JACKSON, SOUTH CAROLINA, 29207, (803) 751-7138 IN DECEMBER 2013. He was injured in
Training and hurt his knee and meanwhile his wife Dayanna M. Nieves Cruz was at home in
Puerto Rico pregnant and had no transportation to get her Medical Benefits from The Army
Base , Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico so she could not get any prenatal care for her BABY, Not
Even The Puerto Rico Government could help her. So during these times she had pain and
Needed help so she went to The Emergency Room at The Nearby Hospital: Hospital Buen
Samaritano to get prenatal care late in her pregnancy and the hospital told her it was too
Late for them to do anything for her BABY and just gave her a sonar gram to find out the
Gender of the BABY which indicated the BABY WAS A BOY. My son has returned from duty
And school as a AMMUNIATION EXPERT and is now working in a super market to make ends
Meet. Today Mother’s Day Dayanna M. Nieves Cruz gave Birth to my FIRST GRANDSON:
NAYTHAN GABRIEL CRUZ NIEVES BY C-SECTION in which she refused the C-SECTION and
Wanted to give BIRTH to her SON the Natural way at 3 center meters open for the BABY
To be pushed out and the doctor and volunteers at HOSPITAL BUEN SAMARITANO denied her
Request as the mother and told her they had no room to perform a natural birth and told
Her she had no option but a C-SECTION BIRTH. All this time she was texting my wife Migdalia
Vargas Cruz at 1050 Nothampton Street AptB, Easton, Pennsylvania, 18042 (610) 573-9189
And crying out for help. As soon as my Son, PV2 JOHNATHAN C. CRUZ 126-78-6058 got to
HOSPITAL BUEN SAMARITANO the volunteer nurses got on his case and told him that he was
An unresponsible FATHER and told them that HOSPITAL BUEN SAMARITANO was going to
Contact SOCIAL SERVICES IN PUERTO RICO for not allowing his wife Dayanna M. Nieves Cruz
To get prenatal care while he was away in Basic traing, FT. JACKSON, SOUTH CAROLINA, 29207.
HOSPITAL BUEN SAMARITANO IS A HOSPITAL OF VOLUNTEERS AND A HOSPITAL OF THE
COMMUNITY and they have no right to have violated my son’s CIVIL RIGHTS AND HIS WIFE
By performing and unwanted and un called for MEDICAL PROCEDURE: C-SECTION. My
Son’s Address is: Johnathan C. Cruz, P.O. BOX 4586, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, 00605. I write
To you Honorable Alejandro Javier Garcia Padilla as Governor of Puerto Rico I plea for your
FORCES to support PV2 JOHNATHAN C. CRUZ 126-78-6058 and don’t let Social Services of Puerto Rico
Take my FIRST GRANDSON AWAY FROM THE CRUZ FAMILY and to investigate the Medical
Malpractices of Volunteer Hospital: Hospital Buen Samaritano. It’s a BOY Honorable
    Alejandro Javier Garcia Padilla.

    I Remain,

    Ricardo Cruz
