    Banished Veterans

My salute goes out to the tens of thousands of sick, homeless, poor, unattended, forgotten and ultimately deported veterans of these united states.

My thoughts are with the neglected, forgotten and sometimes beaten veterans who selfishly left friends and families behind to serve their own self need to serve their country and represent their homeland abroad; good bad or indifferent.

I salute those men and women who are true to their word, honor and dignity even after the horrors of serving and being dumped like waste by the government they swore to defend and turned on by the people they loved and where willing to die for.

Every aspect and every document you signed was littered with honor country dignity and respect. Values, allegiance and brotherhood. I salute that you have stayed true to those things even though the in-scripters have not.

This memorial day our brothers will line up across the country in ceremonies honoring their brothers; fallen and serving and yet; they will not mention a word about government deportations of fellow comrades or leaving no man behind.

I will not pick and chose who I honor and which soldier is a better soldier; all that have served have written a blank check to a country that did not make good on their end of the bargain. You where American Soldiers while you wore the uniform and thus you are Americans yet still.

    God Speed this Memorial Day
