    Luggages and airports: World Cup nightmare.


    As airports in Brazil spread dust and noise, bothering hundreds of passengers who can't escape from the chaos, delays are not the main problem. Huge flight companies as Lufthansa still cant attend consumers as it should, just increasing the stress. There are complaints that passengers coming from Ftankfurt to Sao Paulo are waiting for 51 days for the german company to replace a damaged luggage and stolen objects. Even inside the plane, during sleeping hours of the night. Lufthansa offers U$ 90 dollars for suitcases that cost around U$ 700 and U$ 400, and seems to ignore the stolen objects, in airports still without a surveillance system to make difficult that employees may open luggages and deviate "souvenirs". ANAC, the responsible for controlling airports in Brazil is still sleeping in old rules that protects more the huge and bilionaire flight companies than passengers. Lufthansa was considered one of the best foreigner flight companies in the world, good chocolates waiting inside the plane, but getting more than 3 billion euros a week only with economic class, and escaping of its obligations to deal with simple questions like replacing luggages, shows that not even marketing campaings could erase the negative situation. Bad administration? In Brazil, it's also necessary to register the complaint in the police.
