    There are myriads of reasons to go vegetarian. It could be that you’re trying to cut back on meat products, or you’re just keen on living healthier or losing weight. The website also adds that squash is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants like lutein and zeaxantin, which both protect your eyes from cataracts, corneal damage and blurry vision. Butternut squash is harvested during autumn, making it a popular ingredient in winter and autumn soups—good thing The Original Soupman seems to have an unlimited supply of this veggie, allowing us to enjoy its goodness in soup form all year long!

    Why It’s Great:
    This soup flavor is probably the holy grail for health-conscious soup lovers. Simmered in vegetable broth, the soup consists of carrots and parsnips, celery and spinach, as well as tomatoes for a light, tangy kick.
