Low Carb High Fat Diet Works
In just 10 weeks this woman lost enough inches and pounds to get out of her plus size dress and back into her high school jeans.
Since losing the initial weight in just 10 weeks, she has not only kept it off, but she has lost more weight (primarily fat, not muscle). She continues to stay on the diet because she is no longer constantly hungry and has never felt healthier.
She eats what she wants, as much as she wants, whenever she wants. What she won't overindulge in, however, are empty carbohydrates or pre-packaged foods.
Meet Veronica Childs, who claims much of her success began by changing her mind about including healthy fats in her diet while ditching carbohydrates. She learned through ample research and personal testing, how our bodies burn food for fuel and switched her body from being a sugar-burning fat-storer, to a muscle-saving fat-burner. Veronica has now lost a total of 35 pounds.
