Autism, A Story That Can Change Our Views

Autism, What some people think Autism is, is so different then what it really is. Some people think that if a person has autism there incapable of living on there own. No. There not they can pay the bills, have a family, go grocery shopping, Because they are smart. They know what they want, how to get it, and most of all what they deserve. I may not be autistic but both of my brothers are. I have been going to a families house for 3 years every other weekend when I visit my dad's house (there his neighbors.) 2 of the 3 kids are autistic One 5 year old girl and 10 year old boy. They. are. simply. amazing. The boy, jeramiah, knows hand language, and is STRONG. Mia can sing and dance, and both cannot fluently talk. Yet they have almost no money. they come by by pawning anything they can they may have a ps3 and tv's but that is all effort they put in. I have tried so hard to earn money for the autism awareness. Is it cause I'm 13? or is it just hopless? Autism, Is Not a "Mental Illness" It's just something someone's born with, only to make them unique.
