Tak's Soy Seared Ahi Tuna with braised Zucchini..
My favorite food on the planet at this moment is Seared Tuna....Can't get enough....Rare of course.
So I came up with this recipe.
Absolutely melt in your mouth delicious.
I paired together my favorite stir fry veggie - Zucchini with my favortie pan seared meat...Tuna.
I used a soy based sauce / rice vinegar at the end which is traditionaly used as a wonton dip....The flavor off the charts...
Added some fresh chopped cilantro and scallions and fresh squeezed lime.
I'm all good...
