    Thai military declares coup

One day after the coup on CNN

What are you likely to be arrested for in Thailand? Right now anything.

Although everyone should be arrested for eating KFC at any point in their lives just speaking in Thailand has been banned, you can barely breath.

Basic instinct is to speak, to say how you feel from a young age. Do people have to learn not to express themselves in Thailand just because they have no choice?

Removing your rite to speak is not as simple as zipping off your coat, it is a rite embedded in your being, something you are and always will be entitled to, unless of course you are from Thailand.

Defiling democracy has done absolutely nothing to further the ambitions of the majority or indeed the notion that there will ever even be democracy. The whole history of Thailand especially the bad times has hit home hard yet again. Thailand needs amongst other things single minded, don't mess with me types of people who are strong enough to stand up to this abominable abuse of power.

One of the most striking things about Thai people is that they may be poor but they are always proud and yet every Thai citizen always has that snake over their head, how would you like it?
