    Camelopardalids

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jwalle was in Cashiers, North Carolina, photographing the meteor shower, which he says was a bust in terms of the number of sightings. 'Reports suggested there might be as many as 200 per hour. I saw a total of six the entire night,' he said. 'Despite that, it was pretty amazing to see it since it was the first shower for this comet,' he said.
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

While the Camelopardalids meteor shower didn't live up to the hype it still was an awesome night having all my family watch the sky with me. I was only able to capture this one in Cashiers, North Carolina around 3:45AM EST.
