    Camelopardalids over Joshua Tree Milky Way

    My friends from and I managed to get out to Joshua Tree last night to pursue some Camelopardalids meteors :) Didn't see a million of them, but captured a few nice strikes with Milky Way in the background, in case you're looking for any. Also, you can see/embed our cool animation of the actual big meteor strike here:

    All the pictures were taken on Canon 6D, 24mm f/1.4 lens at 25 second exposures on Saturday May 24th. Part of a timelapse short coming in a week or so.
