    2 men rescued from raging river in downtown Austin Texas


    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ejarchuleta says it took about 20 minutes for the Austin Fire Department to rescue two people from a bridge in Austin, Texas, on Monday. He took these photos of the scene from his balcony. He says Shoal Creek is usually pretty shallow, but the water rose quickly because of heavy rain. A fire department spokeswoman says no one was injured.

    2 men were caught in a raging flash flood in downtown austin and had to be pulled to safety by local firefighters.
