    Salute to troops

LTC shout out for Darius Sloan Gallegos

I would like to tell my husband thank you and my children's father thank you so much for his service for our country of 20+ years! He began serving in high school in ROTC on to a private military college in Vermont; Norwich. A successful platoon leader, a company commander in the 101st MP Division, on to many other responsibilities of teaching and leading troops, on to training the first Iraqis Police in Mosul upon 9-11, then leading troops to defend in Quatar and on to a Battalion Command and then Air War College, now In the serving in the Pentagon on the Joint Chief of Staff; diligently working to defend and protect our country against anti terrorism. Soon to be a full bird Colonel and possibly a Brigade commander. We are a family who sacrifice with out their father/husband, however are so proud to do so. We are unselfish when it comes to understanding the importance of being a military family, always supporting and being proud of our father / husband. Thank you is not enough to tell you how much we love you and are so proud of you and to be a part of you. We will always stand by your side. We love you LTC Darius Sloan Gallegos, promotable. :) And are so very grateful you are still with us.
