Lou Dobbs: The Blunderbuss of CNN
For the last few months, I've been watching cable news networks as if they're the greatest things since the valved toilet. I quickly became a fan
of CNN because of their generally impartial coverage of the political campaigns. While I have great respect for most of the CNN journalists,
I make a strong exception to that most biased and belicose bumpkin. Seems he's as bereft of balance as a battle ax. His brash and bombastic blasts of the views of his invited guest commentators who happen to disagree with him, are brain busting. I can barely stand a few minutes of his blubbering, bellyaching and bigoted responses. Monday evening's show (Columbus Day) was a case in point. When Ballistic asked "Why didn't the Obama campaign repudiate a comment by John Lewis immediately?" ( a comment that McCain's campaign rhetoric harkened back to the Wallace
era). Several guests tried to respond, each barely getting in a word edgewise. I personally know that the Obama campaign quickly rebuffed Lewis for those remarks though they were ON POINT!! A perfect comparison to John Lewis' recent comment , WAS the recent remarks of McCain and Palin claiming Obama to be "palling around
with terrorists" The guest used this to rebut what Blowhard was charging. Instead of having a goose's sense of saying , 'I'm not sure that's a fair comparison' , he discounted the response as balderdash and continued to bawl like a baby who must have his way. He doesn't even know that he doesn't know!!!! I don't know how much longer this network can continue to allow Bluster to brandish such bad behavior. Seems he should be bounced out along with McKen (and his bevy of Barbies) in November if not before!
