    Sound off

    More from takamine69

    Two Stray cats....Amazing.

Two days ago I had to be at a business location @ 430 AM to replace all of their switches....6 of them.
I'm never one to arrive late for anything so of course I was there just after 4 AM...
Sitting in my car.....waiting on time to expire.
Off in the distance I could see a cat come into focus...Most surely a stray without a home but if he/she/it could speak would say my home is the streets.
Running and pausing across the desolate parking lot of a Strip Mall Target department store..
Having been there too many times to count it has always been the same story.
Folks (Many women) moving and hurrying into the store to find the next item they could not live without.
    Meanwhile,
The cats life is much different...Disappear during the day...
After the pause was the fastest cat dashing I've ever seen in my life....Cats can run THIS fast??? Holy Meow....Must be a stray cat thing.
    Like a flash.
    Then out of nowhere...A follower.
A companion cat doing the team thing and running just as fast behind as they disappear into the darkness to enjoy a life unknown to us busy body humans.
Yes....It's true...I am completely and utterly fasicinated by the smaller things in life.
    The bigger things?
    Not so much.
