Vitamin D Meeting Break
For smaller breakout meetings intended for group brainstorming, discussion and interaction, Riviera Palm Springs offers an innovative way to boost energy and stimulate the creative mind, offering a change of scenery that will excite and delight. The “Vitamin D Meeting Break” allows guests to utilize Riviera Palm Springs’ beautiful and plush poolside cabanas outfitted with 32” TVs, ceiling fans with misters, complimentary WiFi and a personal hostess. Comfortably accommodating up to 10 people, the cabanas are stocked with beverages such as caffeinated teas, vitamin-rich snacks and energy-enhancing food, such as nuts, dark chocolate and homemade energy bars. Views of the sparkling water, bright blue skies and serene landscape in the distance are sure to help relieve, rejuvenate and refresh the mind. The “Vitamin D Meeting Break” can be added to any group package starting at $25 per person, with a maximum accommodation of 10 people per cabana. In addition to the lavish amenities, the cabana rental fee is waived when The “Vitamin D” package is added on to any meeting.
Retro Game Breaks
An iconic playground of the past, Riviera Palm Springs opened to much fanfare in 1959 and today, is characterized by its Old Hollywood glamour with a fresh, contemporary twist. Harkening back to the times when Tinsel Town’s celebrity icons converged on the resort as an escape from the hustle and bustle to pursue games of their own, Riviera Palm Springs is bringing back a lineup of classic retro pastimes for an engaging meeting break. Whether in the foyer of the Ballroom or a private hospitality suite, Riviera Palm Springs’ throwback 60s retro game room can include an array of “old school” activities including pinball, PacMan, ping pong, foosball, and more. Pausing only to snack on fresh buttered popcorn, chew on an Abba Zabba Bar or pop a handful of PEZ, guests will be motivated by a sense of youthful joy and nostalgia, to get the ideas flowing. The package is offered in 3 tiers, based on a minimum of 15 people: 1 game ($199 per day); 2 games ($475 per day); and 3 games ($1,000 per day). Food and beverage are an additional $15 per person. This fun filled break can be added to enhance any meeting.
An innovative approach to work and wellness, Riviera Palm Springs offers meeting attendees a wide variety of experiences that inspire higher levels of creativity, professional performance and life satisfaction through healthy activities. Fun at Five
After a long day of meetings, attendees need something to look forward to. Riviera Palm Springs’ “Fun at Five” experience allows guests to customize a happy hour experience to enjoy the minute their meeting wraps. From wine flights paired with a gourmet cheese spread, a simple round of stiff whiskeys on the rocks, or a customized cocktail named after the CEO of your corporation or meeting planner, groups have the option to create a fun menu to look forward to, carefully curated by Riviera Palm Springs’ talented food and beverage team and seasoned staff. Finally, your group picks the place to have Fun at Five.
