Rare Full Honey Moon Friday the 13th 2014

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Greg Hogan stayed up late to capture the "honey moon" just after midnight on Friday, June 13, in Kathleen, Georgia. "It was really really bright,” Hogan said. “I've done a lot of moon shots and this one was unique." He captured this image with a Canon 7D camera attached to the back of a telescope.
    - zdan, CNN iReport producer

A rare full 'Honey Moon' has not fallen on Friday 13th in June since 1919 and it will not appear again until 2098.

I grabbed a nice shot of it tonight, as you can see its called the Honey Moon for its amber, champagne color. We are seeing it through more of Earth’s atmosphere than normal causing the warm color to appear. It is very beautiful.
