    McClousky Motors "America's Quality Dealership of the Year"


    As an active duty service member I purchased a 2007 Nissan Armada SUV from McClousky Motors in Colorado Springs, CO in April 2014 and financed through SNAAC, LLC. These organizations together sold me a vehicle with inconsistent mileage and in addition the vehicle front differential is falling out because when I first drove the vehicle, the vehicle was hard for me to steer and control and I explained to the dealership and SNAAC, LLC that I had some urgent maintenance issues with the vehicle and was told by both organizations to contact my warranty service contract provider which is TriStar. I filed the warranty service claim with TriStar and was told by TriStar that the vehicle claim was denied and that the service contract is immediately cancelled because the mileage was inconsistent and that I should take the issue with SNAAC,LLC and your dealership. I talked with the finance manager at the dealership and he was not sure how the mileage was inconsistant and pointed the finger at SNAAC, LLC. These organizations  continue to point fingers each other and not fix the maintenance issue on the behalf of the service member. At the end of the day the service member will be out of pocket maintenance costs for approximately $4500.00 dollars and will still have to pay the monthly car payment of $650.00 dollars each month for a 2007 Nissan Armada to SNAAC, LLC. The service member just had a baby and the wife really needs the adequate transportation to make the baby's necessary medical appointments. With no available vehicle for the family these companies have put a financial strain on the service member by selling a used vehicle that was unsafe in the first place and with inconsistant mileage. The 2007 Nissan Armada is currently at the NIssan dealership in Colorado Springs, CO awaiting payment for maintenance costs at this time because my vehicle warranty service contract was cancelled by TriStar due to inconsistent mileage. None of these organizations will help the service member with the maintenance issues and I will take legal action against these organizations if this issue is not resolved. I have requested numerous times and on many occasions to speak with the owner Joe McClousky and was told by the receptionist and sales managers that he is not available.


    If you are a active duty service member I highly recommend you NOT to use McClousky Motors, TriStar and SNAAC, LLC listed in the photos. You will be stuck paying out of pocket for maintenance costs and they will not help you in anyway. You see the broken front differential in the photos. The vehicle is currently at the Nissan dealer in Colorado Springs, CO awaiting payment for maintenance costs. Avoid McClousky Motors dealership and this finance company (SNAAC, LLC) so you won't have to experience this like I did.
