Congressman Wittman, "Secretary of Defense" & Reality Realty Virginia Heroes Hosts Military Appreciation Night with "P-Nats." Free Tickets Military and their families
Washington, DC-MD-VA-WV - Reality Realty Professionals is teaming with Rep. Rob Wittman (VA-1), former Redskin-great, Dexter Manley, nicknamed the "Secretary of Defense" and the Potomac Nationals to host Military Appreciation Night 5 pm on Jun. 22, 2014 at Pfitzner Stadium in Woodbridge, Virg. Reality Realty Professionals, Virginia Heroes is the nation's premier Homes for Heroes Affiliate Brokerage.
"It's our third year partnering with the 'P-Nats' to honor our local Military Heroes. This year we are donating any funds raised, locally, to Fort Belvoir Wounded Warriors," says Reality Realty Virginia Heroes Owner and former Marine Samuel Cachola. "We're excited beyond words to have Rep. Rob Wittman (VA-1), who serves on the House Armed Service Committee support our Wounded Warriors. Additionally, Dexter Manley (http://www.dextermanley.com) showing his gratitude to our nation's heroes is a special treat for all of the fans. Making a difference in our warrior's lives is what we are all about at Reality Realty."
Manley, known as the "Secretary of Defense," is a two-time Super Bowl champions with the Redskins, will be on hand to meet our troops and "P-Nat" fans, take photos and sign autographs. Manley played eleven years in the NFL with the Washington Redskins, Phoenix Cardinals and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In 1986, Manley was a Pro Bowler when he set a Redskin's record with 18.5 sacks.
Fort Belvoir Garrison Command Sgt. Maj. Scott Guillory (https://www.belvoir.army.mil/Command/Guillory.asp) will attend to represent the Fort Belvoir Wounded Warriors and accept a donation for his troops. Guillory has 27 years of service and two Bronze Star Medals. In his tenure at Fort Belvoir, he has seen the construct of a world-class state of the art health care facility that focuses on caring for our service members and wounded warriors.
""Most of our nations wounded come through the Virginia and Maryland communities to receive treatment. The demand for support here is tremendous! It takes a unified front from government, business, community leadership, and citizens to make the difference needed in our returning Warriors lives," Cachola explains. "See the need, fill the need, and make a difference!"
Rob Wittman (http://www.wittman.house.gov) was elected to the First Congressional District of Virginia, America's First District in Dec. 2007. His third full-term began in 2012. Wittman serves on the House Armed Forces Committee and is a stellar advocate for men and women in uniform as well as veterans. Our nation's veterans deserve our unequivocal commitment to ensuring that they receive the disability, health, education and other benefits they have earned, said Wittman.
Military members and their families will receive tickets free of charge by calling the Potomac Nationals and reserving the tickets at will call. The "P-Nats" can be reached at 703.590.2311 (extension 210).
