    Dr. Aymee Coget teaches people how to become happier using positive psychology and leadership principles through classes, speeches and training.

    She started her path in happiness in 1996 and opened her business teaching others in 2003. One of her main strategies are her 5 steps for sustainable for happiness

    You can master sustainable happiness by mastering the 5 steps. According to The National Institute of Health studies show treating depression only has a 25% success rate. Most people are waiting for happiness by seeking happiness through the external which doesn't last long term and they are back where they started or even worse.

    She created the Happiness Makeover (tm) which is a 3 month leadership program which focuses on mind, body, spirit and seeing visible results within 90 days.
