This iReport is part of an assignment:
Summer skies around the globe
Where the skies are blue!
My last hurrah for summer 2014, I’d visited Camiguin to relax and feel the power of nature. For the nth time, I still love Camiguin. The place hasn’t changed; still imposing and inviting. It is still uncorrupted by large numbers of tourists.
The photos are take at the white Island where the picturesque Mt. Hibok-Hibok and Old Vulcan as its backdrop. It is a C - shaped, huge sand bar which changes its shape and size with the season. There are no trees or anything else on White Island which could give you some shadow and protection from the sun. Visit the white island early, 5:00 am and come back at 8:00 am to avoid the hot sun at noon.
The skies are blue for fun, sun and sand!
