Hi my name is Raj Pirdnani I'm from India living in Japan(Okinawa) I have my story to share with cnn. Which use to weight 133 kilos... I use I eat pizza everyday. Then it came to point one day that I said to myself that living in Okinawa one of the most longevity city in the world and I'm being so fat here is not a good thing, I set a goal in my life. I said to myself that I will be wishing 2 figures one day and I set a goal to be 99 kilos. So I started Japanese diet. I eat everyday one of the worlds most healthiest food calls NATTO... Natto is made of soyabean. Natto is fermented soyabean which I feel is the most healthiest food in the world. So I saw this NATTO diet on tv and I started that. I started this diet on May 24. And today June 19 I'm 118 kilos. I still have 18 more kilos to go which I think I'll be able to cross that by July 24. So in 2 months I'll loose 34 kilos. I ate 3 small packets Nattos 1 small box of MOZOKU (seaweeds) & salad with Japanese dressing. These are the basic things a Japanese eat everyday so I started with this and it has worked. I also go to gym and do my normal workout. Cardio & lifting weights and etc. but my point in this is that Japanese eat the most healthiest food in the world. Okinawa's longevity rate is so high. Average a women lives for 90 years in Okinawa. That's all thanks to Japanese cuisine. That's all I had to share. I'm also sending u my picture I've taken when I was 133 kilos. If you'll ok then I can send u my picture of 118 kilos or maybe wait till July 24 and send you when I'm 99 kilos. I'm really on this and I've challenged my self so I will be 99 kilos before July 24.
