    Mirrored Nudibranchs Underwater

I have been working on a new underwater photography project involving my favorite marine creature, the nudibranch, and a mirror. Nudibranchs are colorful sea slugs with beautiful patterns which I wanted to show off in a new and different way.
My assistant would patiently wait for a nudibranch to crawl onto a shell or rock which could then be placed onto the mirror. The backdrop can change from black at night to bright blue and even clouds during the day as the reflection of the surface shows up in the mirror.
The nudibranchs featured here were found in Indonesia and Hawaii. #underwater, #photography, #nudibranch, #sealife,
