    Paleo Diet - the Primal Miracle Weight Loss Blueprint

    It's always a struggle losing weight. At Least that's what we've been told.The old "no pain -no gain" rant. But does it really have to be so tough?

    Not according to English nutritional Dr. Phillip Osmond Clark. One of the strongest advocates of the Paleo Diet. He says that this diet, sometimes referred to as the "Caveman Diet" or the "Stone Age Diet" is really a Blueprint for Weight Loss.

    Dr. Clark maintains that just by following the Paleo Diet Plan you'll naturally lose weight. In other words, "the gain without the pain!"
