    Carnival Crazy

I recently attended a Caribbean party in South Florida, called Soca Paradise. The word Soca also known as soul calypso is a style of caribbean music derived from Trinidad and Tobago. While attending the event, there was costumes being presented by a well known band in Ft. Lauderdale Florida called Euphoria Mass. The costumes were beautiful, the models just as gorgeous. The breath taking feathers, colors and smiles on stage was completed with the sweet melody of Soca music in the air, played by New York's and South Florida's top caribbean D.J's. D.J Milo Miles, Sinister, Madboy, TP Sounds, Mad Trini, Ryan and Stealie Back, all did an amazing job.
Euphoria Mass is a well known Miami Carnival Band, that has been around for 6 years. Delivering the best costumes and parties.Attending the party I was informed the well known band will be part of another celebration call 'Jouvert' which is a street party that involves paint, in Ft. Lauderdale FL. The band will be participating in the event under another name called 'Dutty Pleasures'. I was very excited to hear about this, it added more joy to the party.
I was happy to be part of it all. I couldn't help but notice how happy and joyful everyone was both on stage, in the crowd and playing music. It was definitely a time to remember, a time i will never forget, a time to laugh, a time to enjoy yourself, a time to whine and let go.
