A perfect Steak.....a caveman's food for the soul.
My take is that I just don't believe any cut of beef can outperform a properly seared and cooked rib eye.
Nope...not even the filet.
More often than not one can find a perfectly marbled sample waiting for personal consumption at your local market in anytown USA.
I'm a big time veggie lover.
Eat them all day most every day.
A perfect rib eye fits nicely into a negotiable veggie lifestyle.
Think healthy protein.
