    Petrol shortage hits Ghana.

     

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     For hours, Justice Ankamah has been waiting for petrol at a local gas station in Tema, Ghana, on June 28. It’s a familiar sight throughout many parts of the region, according to Ankamah, who says it’s typical to see lines of cars trailing outside of gas stations just waiting for fuel. He describes the situation as severe with some people getting stranded in their cars while searching for petrol and others are simply not going to work or into town because of the shortage.

    There has been sever petrol shortage in Ghana for more than a week. Commuters have to struggle for hours unending to get something to move to work.
