Mexico City's LGBT community storms Zocalo for Pride Week

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     The LGBT community in Mexico City held a rally on June 28. The rally is an annual event, Reynaldo Leal said. Several streets are shut down for the event, and people within the LGBT community come out to rally for fair treatment.
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

The LGBT community in Mexico City came out in force to demand fair treatment in one of the largest cities in the world. Thousands gathered at the Zocalo, the city's historic downtown area, to "show Mexico that there are more of us than they think."
