    Your immigration stories

    Undocumented American or Illegal Immigrant?

Very likely, this is not the immigration story that CNN is looking for!

But I still hope CNN is unbiased enough to want to publish opposing opinions, too!

What kind of journalism is CNN engaging in? Does CNN not recognize that it is giving some sort of legitimacy to the plight of illegal immigrants (calling them undocumented Americans doesn't change reality!) by airing this kind of documentary?

It is this kind of irresponsible behavior that is making it not only difficult it difficult if not impossible to enforce our own laws by encouraging the increase in illegal immigration and illegal activities. If the Federal Government is not efficient at enforcing our immigration laws, CNN is only making it even more inefficient!

I understand democracy, I understand freedom of speech, I understand human rights. I too feel passion for very fine human beings who are in this country with no legal status, I am an immigrant too. But I also understand respect for law and that is what makes America what it is. The only way we are going to maintain law and order is to enforce it as best as we can. CNN needs to help respect our laws and help enforce the law. By airing this documentary, it is doing just the opposite! I am losing my respect for what used to be fine new channel!
